Information we collect
What you give us
The request form asks for your first and last name, email address, phone number and business name, together with your response to the consent wording. Phone calls and texts add whatever you choose to tell us, such as what the funding is for.
What is collected automatically
When you browse the site, our hosting and service providers receive routine technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you open and the time of the visit. Analytics and marketing tools load only if you allow them.
A third-party form provider
LeadConnector, a GoHighLevel product, supplies the embedded form and stores your entries for us. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to screen out automated spam. LeadConnector and Cloudflare each treat that data under their own published terms.
How we use information
- handling your request and talking through which structure fits;
- passing the request to lending partners so they can review it;
- reaching you by phone, email or text, within your consent and the SMS terms;
- operating, protecting and improving this website;
- complying with the law and enforcing the terms of use.
Who receives information
Lending partners
Working on a request means sharing its details with partners that offer the structure involved. A partner reviews them under its own privacy policy and may get in touch with you directly.
Service providers
Hosting, form, telephone and email providers process information for us under their own terms.
When the law requires it
We may disclose information to comply with law or legal process, or to protect our rights and those of others.
Cookies and your choice
A banner on your first visit asks which cookies you accept. Cookies the site cannot work without stay on regardless. Analytics and marketing cookies stay off unless you agree, and the cookie settings link in the footer lets you change your mind. The request form, once it loads, can place cookies of its own.
Text messages
A mobile number given with consent is used for texts about your request. STOP ends the texts at any point, and HELP brings a short reply with our number. See the SMS terms.
Security
Our safeguards, administrative, technical and physical, are scaled to a small business. Because no system is fully secure, please never send Social Security numbers, account numbers or statements by plain email or text.

Elmline's website is meant for business owners looking for funding. We do not aim it at children or knowingly gather information from anyone younger than 18.
